  they have some bad workers i ordered two sandwhiches and barbacue chip they didnt bring my chips then i ordered a sandwhich a different day and when they came to my work i wasnt at the desk and they left with my sandwhich and didnt call or anything basically they tried to steal my money

  The very best Jimmy John's in MN. Always happy, and they play EXCELLENT music.
  
  EDIT: it's been a long while, and they have had a complete staff turnover. The part that sucks is they no longer play cool old school punk rock, it has been replaced with bland corporate crap rock!

  Terrible delivery, lady tried to trick me about the change because thought I was a dumb child the price was 9.79 and I handed her a 20 then she says do you not want change, and then I said yes I want change and this girl really hands me a $5, I said that's not enough then she hands me 2 more dollars + she was about 30 min late so how is she supposed to expect an automatic tip? Never ordering here ever again also description of the lady she has blonde hair and was wearing a pony tail looked like she was in her early 20's
